Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your event. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling an event at The Event Place.

Cancellation Fees

The cancellation fee varies based on the size of the event and the notice period provided:

Small Events (less than 50 guests):

- 1 week (7 days) prior to the event: 25% cancellation fee

- Less than 72 hours prior to the event: 50% to 100% cancellation fee

Medium Events (50-100 guests):

- 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event: 35% cancellation fee

- Less than 2 weeks prior to the event: 70% cancellation fee

Large Events (more than 100 guests):

- 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the event: 50% cancellation fee

- Less than 2 weeks prior to the event: 50% to 100% cancellation fee

Notification and Refund

To cancel an event, please notify us by email at info@eventplacelevittown.com. Please provide a clear statement of your intention to cancel.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request. We will use the same payment method as your original payment, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Note that refunds are only applicable for customized items purchased from us, such as monogrammed items.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
